Being FIT physically, mentally and spiritually, helps us to be better equipped on handling daily tasks, with a positive sense of well being, allowing us to reach out to others,
so that we are able to glorify God in all that we do.
We believe that our body is the temple that represents Christ, ourselves and our beliefs.
Shape Up Class
60 minute, fitness class to upbeat music. Self paced using, weights, bands and other equipment.
Monday, Wednesday & Friday @ 8am
