Our mission is to bring people together in a group fitness environment; providing a positive outlook and approach towards fitness and overall health.  Being FIT physically, mentally and spiritually, helps us to be better equipped on handling daily tasks, with a positive sense of well being, allowing us to reach out to others,
 so that we are able to glorify God in all that we do. 

We believe that our body is the temple that represents Christ, ourselves and our beliefs.

  Shape Up Class 

50 minute, choreographed weight training class to upbeat music.   Self paced using barbells and weights.

Monday, Wednesday & Friday @ 8am 
Tuesday & Thursday @ 5:15pm
